This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the location down a quiet alley in Chinatown ensured a peaceful stay away from the bustling streets. Additionally, the staff's attention to detail and impeccable service made us feel truly valued. The rooms, complete with a kitchenette and balcony, were well-equipped and exceeded our needs. Lastly, the breakfast offered was delicious and provided a great start to our day.
No improvements needed, everything was absolutely fine.

Great budget option with helpful staff, accessible location, and diverse food options nearby. Elevator worked for disabled guests. No health issues experienced. Convenient mini kitchen and walking distance to wet market and supermarket. Chinatown market nearby for shopping.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of Chinatown. Being in the center of Chinatown, there are plenty of options for eating and shopping, with the China market close by. The hotel is also near the temples that I wanted to visit.
There were some negative reviews regarding the cleanliness of the hotel and the customer service.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in a very prominent and useful central London location. From here, I could easily walk to Leicester Square, Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, and Whitehall and Horseguards. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-equipped gym and a great shower with strong water pressure.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
